Show them the patio before they sign.

Upload one photo from your site visit. YardTier prices three options from your own price list and shows each one on that same yard, in a link you send the homeowner. They pick one on their phone.

A dry Texas backyard behind a red-brick ranch house with a live oak, as photographed on a site visit
Concept for the same yard: herringbone paver patio, stone fire pit with seat wall, fresh lawn
Site photo Option B concept

One site photo, three options. Drag to compare. Example yard in Austin, TX; prices are illustrative and always yours to set.

“Let me think about it.”

  1. 01
They can’t picture bare dirt as a patio.A price and a sketch on a clipboard don’t show them their own backyard finished.
  2. 02
So they compare numbers. When the quotes on the table are just prices, the cheapest one looks like the safe choice.
  3. 03
And the job stalls, or shrinks. The fire pit and the seat wall get cut, or the quote goes quiet for weeks.

A backyard works the same way. Show it, and the decision gets easier.

How it works

You do the site visit. YardTier does the pictures and the math. You close the job.

  1. A sloped Georgia backyard with red clay below a raised deck, photographed on a phone

    Upload the site photo

One wide shot from a back corner of the yard, straight from your phone. Add the square footage and what the homeowner asked for. Prices start from typical installed rates for your state; change any number once and it sticks.

  2. Get three priced options

Good, better, best, from the same camera angle, so the homeowner sees their own house. Each option is priced from your list, and every image is checked against the photo. Edit any line or price, or redraw an image, before you send.

  3. Send one link

Your name, the three options, your prices and an accept button. You see when the homeowner opens it, and get an email the moment they pick one.

What your homeowner sees

A proposal they can actually picture.

  • Their own yard, three ways. Not a catalog photo. Their house, their fence, their trees.
  • Your prices next to each picture. The bigger option stops being an abstract number.
  • Your name on it. Your company name and colour. YardTier stays in the background.
  • You know when they look. See when the link was opened and which option they looked at, so you call at the right moment.
  • Labelled as concepts. Tied to your written scope, so nobody expects something you didn’t quote.

Why contractors use it

More of your bids end with a yes.

Sell the bigger tier

Put the fire pit version in front of them and the question changes from “is it worth it?” to “which one?”

Revive quotes that went quiet

Send their own yard, three ways, as your follow-up. A picture of their house gets opened; “just checking in” doesn’t.

No CAD, nothing to learn

A phone photo in, a proposal out. No design software, no evenings spent drawing.

Honest by design

Every image says “concept” and matches your scope. Homeowners get excited, not misled.

Who’s behind it

A small studio that cares how the pictures look.

YardTier is run by a small design studio. AI draws each option. Then every image is checked against your photo before you see it: same camera angle, the house and trees left alone, and nothing shown that isn’t in the scope. If one fails the check, it’s redrawn.

Your photos are used only to make your proposals. We never post a customer’s yard without your written OK, and we delete photos when you ask.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

Is this AI?
Yes. AI draws the option images, and each one is checked against your site photo before you see it. Every image is labelled as a concept, so homeowners don’t treat it as a drawing.
Is it a construction drawing?
No. It’s a concept to help the homeowner choose a direction and a budget. Your written scope and measurements stay the source of truth.
How fast is it?
In the app, your three options are usually ready in minutes. If you send us a photo instead, we make it for you and email the link, usually by the next morning (US time).
Do I need to install anything?
No. YardTier runs in the browser on your phone or computer. You sign in with a link we email you, so there’s no password to remember.
What photo works best?
One wide shot in daylight, taken from a back corner of the yard looking toward the house. A phone camera is fine. Avoid close-ups, night shots and drone shots looking straight down.
Where do the prices come from?
From you. Your list starts from typical installed prices for your state, per square foot or per item. Change any number once and every option after that is priced from it. You can also edit any line on a proposal before you send it.
Can it show the pavers I actually install?
Describe the product line and colour in your notes and the images follow it as closely as they can. Exact brand matching isn’t guaranteed, which is why every image says “concept”.
What if I don’t like an image?
Redraw it with one click on the review screen, or change the scope and prices first. Nothing reaches the homeowner until you create the link.
Who owns the images?
You do. Use them in proposals, on your website and on social media.
What does it cost?
Your first proposal is free. Starter is $49 a month for 5 proposals and Pro is $149 a month for 20. The first 50 contractors pay half for as long as they stay. Cancel any time from the app.

Your next quote could be the first one they can picture.
