Last updated 21 October 2026. YardTier is a small studio. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a concept: your name, company, email, phone (if you give it), city and state, the yard photos you upload and any notes. When you email us, we keep the email thread.
What we use it for
Only to make your concepts and proposal links, to reply to you, and to tell you about monthly plans if you tick that box. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
Your customers’ photos
Yard photos are used only to make concepts for you. We never post a customer’s yard publicly without your written permission. Concept images are generated with AI image tools; the photo is sent to that tool only to create your images.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are handled by our website host (Netlify) and our email (Google Workspace). Image generation runs through a third-party AI image service.
Deleting your data
Email hello@yardtier.com and we’ll delete your photos and details, usually within a few days.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor analytics later, we’ll update this page.
