What you get
Concept images of a yard, based on a photo you provide, plus a proposal link. They are visual concepts to help a homeowner choose a direction. They are not construction drawings, engineering plans or quotes. Your own written scope, measurements and pricing are what you build and charge from.
Your photos
Only send photos you have the right to use, such as photos you took on a site visit with the homeowner’s knowledge.
Ownership
You may use the concept images and proposal for your business, including in proposals, on your website and on social media. We may show anonymised examples only with your written permission.
Free concept and founding pack
The first concept is free with no obligation. The founding pack is $149 for 5 proposals, each with three concepts and one round of changes. If the first proposal in your pack doesn’t help, tell us and we’ll refund the pack.
Turnaround
We aim to deliver by the next morning (US time) for photos received by 9 pm Eastern. This is a target, not a guarantee.
Limits
Concepts are provided as-is. We’re not responsible for decisions made from them, for differences between a concept and the finished project, or for local codes, permits and HOA rules.
